Originally used by the family for parties and shoot lunches this beautiful cottage is now converted into fabulous split level accommodation. Its quaint and quirky interior makes it a firm favorite for our guests. It has a lovely private garden with patio area. |

Open plan sitting room & dining room The front door opens into a huge (35'x20') open plan sitting room / dining room To the right the cosy and comfortable sitting room has a huge wood burning stove as its focal point. There are plenty of books, a writing desk and tv. In the centre of the room, a beautiful wrought iron spiral staircase leads up to the 1st floor twin bedroom. To the left of the front door is the dining area with a beautiful family sized rustic pine farmhouse table, a rustic serving table and pine dresser. The most wonderful setting for a shared meal! |

Hallway Through an archway from the sitting / dining room, is a lovely light hall with high ceiling, containing washing machine & coast pegs. This leads through one door to the beautiful private garden, through another door to the bathroom and next to this, a single ground floor bedroom. A pine staircase also leads up to the first floor. |

Upstairs double bedroom On the first floor, reached by the pine staircase from the hall, is a lovely double bedroom with combed ceiling. The window overlooks the garden at the rear. |

Upstairs twin bedroom From the sitting / dining room, via the spiral staircase, is a large light & airy room with twin beds, a writing desk and seating area. |

Bathroom The ground floor bathroom has been completely renovated with beautiful new white bathroom suite & elegant slate floor. 'P' shaped bath with power shower. Window seat with garden view. |

Wood burning stove in the living room. There is a washing machine & tumble dryer located in the nearby stables laundry room. Terms Lets are normally from Saturday 4pm to 10am on the following Saturday. Half rent due as confirmation of booking - balance four weeks prior to arrival.
